In the past couple of days, we have felt a significant increase of interest in our electric scooters. The weather is slowly getting better, many of you are now looking for an alternative to public transportation and sharing systems.
But since nothing is currently as it used to be, to sum up, here’s what’s most important right now:

Consultation and sales
We love to answer all your questions by mail or on the phone right now. In case you insist on having a look at our scooters before buying one, please get in touch to coordinate an appointment for our showroom. Please note that we are currently not able to offer test rides.
As usual, we ship your orders within two working days – unless stated otherwise on the product page. At the moment, there are no known restrictions regarding the delivery within Germany. However, in some other countries, delays in delivery may occur. Please note that there is not much that we can do about this.
Service / workshop
Our service department is available by mail and phone. We hope you understand that handing in and picking up of your services cases is only possible with an appointment.
In order to protect our colleagues best, we kindly ask you to respect the following when coming in for an appointment: The colleagues are urged to only carry out what has been previously agreed. Special requests, e.g. a quick check of the air pressure or a spontaneous sales advice, are currently not possible. Furthermore, please respect the minimum distance of two meters from our colleagues.
